She was employed as a clerk at Rockwell Collins in Cedar Rapids until her retirement in 1996. She was always active volunteering as a den mother for Cub Scouts, a member of parent teacher organizations, and was involved in many church activities. Sue enjoyed the outdoors, boating and camping with family, and singing in the Rockwell Chorus. Second only to her love of Jesus, was her love for her family and friends. Sue possessed a spirit of joy in her heart that was always evident from the smile on her face.
