Patricia E. Noble 88, of Washington (formerly of Chicago, Illinois) died Thursday, September 13, 2012 at the Brownlee Health Center in Washington. Per Patricia's request her body has been cremated and there are no services planned. If you would like to give a donation in Patricia's memory those can be directed to the Washington County Humane Society.
Patricia E. Noble was born March 3, 1924 in rural New Boston, Iowa the daughter of Warren and Alma (Swan) Noble. She graduated from New Boston High School and the University of Iowa. She received her law degree from DePaul University in Chicago. She served as an administrative judge for the state of Illinois until her retirement in 1999. In April of 2011 she moved to Washington and lived at the United Presbyterian Home. While living in Chicago Patrica was active in the Luthern Church and her Condo Association. She enjoyed Tai Chi and crotcheting.
Survivors include her brother, Ken and wife Marjorie Noble of Washington.
