Marge was born June 4, 1926, to Joe P. and Lula (Stutzman) Gingerich.

She died Thursday, Dec. 23 at Mercy Hospital following a short illness.

Margery Gingeriach was born June 4, 1926 the daughter of Joe P. and Lula (Stutzman) Gingerich

She is survived by a sister Leona Boller of Kalona, a brother Delmar and wife Betty of McGregor, IA, a brother Don and wife Ellen of Stover, MO, a brother-in-law, Ike Yoder of Bradenton Fl., and a very special friend Emma Jean Schrock of Kalona and many nieces and nephews.

Preceding her in death, in addition to her parents were a brother Paul and wife Darlene, a sister Edna Dolan and husband Robert, a sister Vesta and her husband Howard a sister Maretta Yoder, a brothera"in-law, Martin Boller and one niece Robin (Gingerich) Albert.

At the age of 18 Marge was stricken with polio and had been in a wheelchair since that time.  Marge accepted Jesus as her savoir in her youth and was an inspiration to her family and many friends.  In spite of her handicap she always showed a cheerful spirit and loved her lord with all her heart, and knew one day she would walk again in heaven.

Marge enjoyed cooking and blessed many people through her talent in the kitchen. She loved children and babysat for many children for over a span of 22 years.  Marge developed a friendship with Emma Jean Schrock and through the years the two traveled extensively and were able to visit every State in the Union except Alaska.
Because of Jean's kindness and friendship Marge was able to experience many wonderful things in life including being able to live in her own home until 2 years ago.

Don, Ellen and Betty are very grateful for the love and kindness that Jean has given Marge and to Carlene for all the special care and concern she has given Marge.

The family would like to thank everyone for their support and kindness that has been shown to us during this time.  We also give thanks to God for the healing and wholeness that Marge is now living in.
