Kyle Ruben Vasquez, infant stillborn died Tuesday, July 19, 2005 at the Washington County Hospital.
Private family graveside services will be held Friday at Evergreen Cemetery in Fairfield with Rev. Fr. Ed O’Melia officiating. Visitation will begin at Noon Thursday, July 21, 2005 at the Beatty Funeral Home in Washington with family present from 6-8:00 in the evening. A prayer service will be held at 8:00. Memorials in the name of Kyle Ruben Vasquez have been designated to the family.
Kyle is survived by his parents, Ruben and Tammy Vasquez of Washington, brothers, Carlos and Jose, sisters, Maria and Selena; maternal grandparents, William and Sandra Orr of Washington and paternal grandmother, Sharon Vasquez of Indianapolis, IN; maternal great-grandmother, Marjorie Orr of Keosauqua, IA and paternal great-grandfather Gene Pemberton of Indiana.
He was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather Ruben Vasquez; maternal grandparents, Louise and Kenneth Brewer and John Orr; paternal great-grandparents, Oma Dee Duff Pemberton and Amalia and Larios Vasquez.
