JACQUELINE ELAINE RAYA, age 39, of Brewster Minnesota, died Saturday, April 30, 2005 at her home.

Funeral Services will be 10:30 A.M. Wednesday, May 4, 2005 at the Dingmann Funeral Chapel in Worthington, MN with visitation Tuesday from 4 to 8 PM at the Funeral Home and also one hour prior to the service on Wednesday. Graveside Services will be 10:00 A.M. Thursday May 5, 2005 at Schrock Cemetery south of Washington. Beatty Funeral Home is assisting with local arrangements. Memorials are preferred to the Worthington Hospice or the Breast Cancer Foundation.

She was born July 8, 1965 in Columbia, Missouri to parents Robert and Martha (Murphy) Davis. She grew up in Vandercook Lake Michigan and attended school in Jackson and Vandercook, Michigan. She received her GED at Nebraska High School.

Jacqueline was united in marriage to Stan Hood and moved to various places because of his military career. To this union two children were born, Heather & Randin Hood. They were later divorced. She lived in Huron, South Dakota and worked at Dakota Pork and moved to Worthington in 1998 and most recently worked at Swift and Company in Quality Control.

She enjoyed watching football, baseball and all sports that Randin plays; and reading. She had a special interest in Nascar Racing and was a devoted Matt Kenseth fan.

Jacqueline is survived by her father, Robert Davis of Brighton; her mother, Martha Davis, Fowlerville, Michigan; daughter, Heather Hood, Brady, Nebraska; son, Randin Hood, Worthington, MN; granddaughter, Angelina Penn; a sister, Julie Davis, Fowlerville, Michigan; a niece, Ashley; and a nephew, Lucas.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Raymond and Florence Murphy; Henry and Gertrude Davis.
