Dwain Leroy White, 72 of Mesa AZ, formally of Washington died Sunday, June 15th, 2003 at Hospice of the Valley in Mesa, AZ.
Memorial Graveside Services will be held 10:00 A.M. Saturday, June 28, 2003 at the Elm Grove Cemetery in Washington. Memorial may be designated to the American Diabetes Association.
Dwain was born November 25, 1930 west of Keota, IA the son of T. Roy and Mary B. (Becker) White. He was schooled in the Washington School System and Served in the Marine Corps.
He farmed south of Washington, worked in Marshalltown for several years and was in Flagstaff, Mesa area for the last fifteen years. He enjoyed fishing.
Survivors include two sons, Steve White of Iowa City, Gary White of Columbus Junction, IA; three daughters, Diane Sulentich and husband Anton Jr. of Columbus Junction, IA, Delaine Clark and husband Charles of Letts, IA and Janet Buffington and husband Keith of Mt. Pleasant, IA; one brother Myron White and wife Joanna of Washington, IA and ten grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, one brother and one sister.
