Donna Swartzendruber, 56 of Wayland, died Monday, September 9, 2013 in Billings, MT.

Funeral services will be 10:30 AM Monday, September 16, 2013 at the Beatty Funeral Home in Washington with Pastor Kelly Slagel officiating. Burial will follow in the Sugar Creek Mennonite Cemetery near Wayland. Visitation will be from 2-4PM Sunday, September 15 at the Beatty Funeral Home in Washington.  A memorial fund has been established for Sonshine Medical Equipment, 211 South Iowa Avenue, Washington, Iowa.

Donna Jo (Crossett) Swartzendruber was born February 17, 1957 in Washington, Iowa the daughter of Phil and Catherine (Neff) Crossett.  She graduated from Washington High School in 1975.  On April 4, 1981 she was united in marriage to Rick Swartzendruber at the United Methodist Church in Washington.  Donna worked at the Washington Cleaners and was the owner for seven years.  She was a member of the National T.T.T Society and enjoyed keeping up with friends on Facebook, crafts, her pets, and trying new recipes.  Donna always had a smile on her face and enjoyed joking and laughing with her friends and family.

Survivors include her husband Rick of Wayland, Iowa, sister in law: Kim Crossett of Washington, Iowa, one niece: Kayla (Sam) Beatty of Washington, Iowa, mother in law: Karen Swartzendruber of Wayland, Iowa, sister in law: DeAnne Swartzendruber of Wayland, Iowa,  aunt: Charlotte (Richard) Pencil-Magdefrau of Washington, Iowa, and aunt: Donna (Dick) Fisher of Cedar Rapids, Iowa.

Preceding Donna in death were her parents, one brother: Doug Crossett on September 4, 2013, and her father in law: Don Swartzendruber.
