Daniel Duttlinger

Daniel Lee Duttlinger, 65, of Kalona died Monday, December 16, 2019 at his home in Kalona. His body will be cremated and there will be no services.

Daniel Lee Duttlinger was born December 25, 1953 in Iowa City, Iowa, the son of Raymond and Doris (Ranshaw) Duttlinger. He graduated from West High School and attended auto tech school in Ottumwa. He farmed until 1991 and then held a variety of jobs. He enjoyed hunting and fishing.

Survivors include two siblings: Karen (William) Giusti of San Bruno, CA and John Duttlinger of Tiffin; two nephews and two nieces: Raymond (Tamara) Giusti, Sarah (Laurie) Giusti, Luke (Heather) Duttlinger, and Jamie (Chris) Thompson; nine great-nieces and nephews: Ella, Lena, and Dax Duttlinger, and Alayna Easton, Ana, Terrence and Maxwell Giusti and Jonathan Giusti and Lucas Culbreth.

Preceding Dan in death were his parents: Raymond on July 20, 2002 and Doris on October 24, 2019 and his brother Thomas.
