Cecil Kelley

Cecil requested no services or visitation. Cecil Raymond Kelley, age 78, died Thursday, Oct. 2 at the Washington County Hospital following surgey. Cecil R. Kalley was born March 11, 1930 in Washington County. He was the son of Ray and Anna Ossman Kelley. He served in Korea for 2 years where he attained the rank of Corp. He had been employed at Amana Refrigeration and retired from the Veteran's Administration Health Center after 21 years in central sterilization. Cecil and Donna Nayadley were married in Fairfield on June 28, 1951. Surviving Cecil is his wife, Donna of Wellman, two sons Randy and wife Cathy Kelley and Ron Kelley all of Wellman. Also surviving are six grandchildren, Katie Karnes, Josh Kelley, Jeana, Levi, Jade and Login Kelley; four great grandchildren, Koby and Kyla Karnes and Brycelon and McKenna Kelley; one brother, Wayne and wife Hazel Kelley of Williamsburg and one sister Aline Hesseltine of Crawfordsville. Cecil was preceded in death by his parents, two sisters Mildred Nichol, and Bernice Martin and three brothers, Oval, Arlo and Merwin Kelley
