Audrey Harvey

Audrey M. Harvey, 95, of Washington, passed away on Tuesday, September 12, 2023, at the United Presbyterian Home in Washington. A funeral service will be held Saturday, September 16, 2023, at 11:30 AM at the Beatty Funeral Home in Washington. The service will be available via Livestream at the Beatty Peterseim website, Facebook and YouTube pages.  Burial will follow at Elm Grove Cemetery in Washington. The family will greet friends at the funeral home from 9 AM until the service begins. In lieu of flowers a memorial fund has been established for the Washington United Methodist Church and Hospice of Washington County.

Audrey May (Dill) Harvey was born May 4, 1928, in Washington, the daughter of Cloyce and Bernice (Dunbar) Dill. She graduated from Keota High School.  On August 17, 1948, she was united in marriage to William Preston Harvey at the Keota United Presbyterian Church. Audrey was a homemaker and worked at Advanced Ross and Washington Manufacturing. She was a member of the Washington United Methodist Church and enjoyed dancing, camping, flower gardening and spending time with her grandchildren.

Survivors include two daughters: Paula (Roy) Malichky of Washington, Penny (Joe) Sieren of Keota; daughter-in-law Lisa Harvey of Washington; nine grandchildren: Pamela (Jay) Huffman, Lynn Ann Harvey, Joseph (Brandi) Harvey, Clint (Kim) Malichky, Bobbi (Bryan) Lauderman, Jeremy (Brandy) Sieren, Julie (Chris) Janecek, Matt (Katie) Brock and Jason (Jen) Brock; 19 great-grandchildren; and three siblings: Bob Dill of Lake Havasu, AZ, Janice Royce of Janesville, WI, and Cheryl Dill of Washington.

Preceding Audrey in death were her parents; her husband Preston; son Lynn; two sisters: Pauline Crull and Debra Dill; and two brothers: Gary and Terry Dill.
